Verizon Has No Sense

I never have liked Verizon all that much, and I’m not sure why. I think it may be their ‘network’ commercials. Does it really take that many people to get one customer’s phone working? Alright, advertising aside, it seems they lack major math skills in the customer service area.

This poor customer was quoted a different amount for data usage than he was charged. Not one, not two, but three service representatives, including a manager, fails to recognize the difference between $0.002 and 0.002¢. You will have to read the customer’s blog, and listen to the phone call to understand how stupid these service reps are.

I hope someone at Verizon’s corporate office sees what is going on and fixes this guys bill.
